Maciej's passion for fitness developed when he studied a classic system of Chinese Kung Fu in 2005. This taught him the necessity of flexibility, conditioning and strengthening different parts of the body to improve all-around health.
Combining his study and love of exercise with a desire to teach, he has been a professional fitness instructor and rehab trainer for nearly 15 years.
His comprehensive skill set, professional qualifications and personalised approach ensure clients achieve excellent results.

Zuzana Gross - Yoga teacher
Zuzana's path to yoga teaching was influenced by her spiritual awareness and dance background.
She began her yoga journey over twenty years ago, exploring various styles before completing her initial teacher training at Sivananda ashram in March 2013.
In 2015, she delved into Iyengar Yoga, finding it particularly beneficial during her pregnancy and motherhood.
Most recently, she expanded her knowledge and skills by completing the 200hr Sangye Yoga School Teacher Training with Cat Alip-Douglas in October 2024.
